About these terms
These Terms & Conditions explain the use of Saar Developer's website and the basis on which we discuss and provide website services. Saar Developer is based in Karachi, Pakistan. References to we, us and our mean Saar Developer; you means the visitor or client, including an organization you are authorized to represent.
Browsing this website does not place an order or create a paid project. A service engagement begins when both parties confirm the quotation or project agreement and any agreed starting requirements are met. You must have legal capacity and authority to enter that agreement.
The accepted project agreement defines your deliverables, charges and specific arrangements. Where it expressly varies these general terms, that agreed provision applies to the relevant project, subject to mandatory law. Ask us about any unclear point before accepting a quotation.
Services, packages and quotations
We offer website design, development, interactive experiences, supported editing options, managed hosting, domain assistance, business email forwarding and website support. Availability and inclusions depend on the chosen solution and accepted quotation.
Specially priced website packages are available exclusively to customers in Pakistan. International projects are welcome through individual quotations. Published launch packages are proposals subject to final confirmation; they do not automatically include every service shown on the website.
Before ordering, we confirm the pages, features, content responsibilities, supported editing controls, hosting and domain periods, revisions, support, payment schedule and renewal arrangements relevant to your project. Quotation validity, currency, applicable taxes and any third-party charges should be stated in that quotation.
Scope and changes
The accepted scope identifies what we will build. Examples, previews and concept designs illustrate possible directions; they are not a promise that every displayed interaction, image, feature or integration is included in every package.
Additional pages, integrations, custom functionality, substantial content entry, migration or changes to an approved direction may require a separate quotation. We will explain any proposed cost or timeline change and obtain agreement before carrying out chargeable work beyond the scope.
A request for a change does not itself approve a new charge. Keep important scope decisions in writing by email or another agreed communication channel.
Your responsibilities and project materials
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, usable content, timely feedback and the access needed for agreed work. Supply text, logos, photographs and other materials in the agreed format, and identify any confidential or unpublished information.
You must have permission to use and share the materials, trademarks and personal information supplied for the project. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, offers, products, policies and other published content. Tell us about any required industry or legal standards before scope is agreed.
Use secure access methods and limited permissions where available. Do not send full card details, security codes or unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary messages. Changes you or another provider make to the website can affect functionality, security and support requirements.
Prices, payments and third-party costs
The accepted quotation sets the price, currency, deposit or milestone requirements and payment due dates. We do not apply a universal deposit percentage through these terms. Confirm all amounts and payment instructions before transferring funds.
Our current ordering process provides an order reference and bank transfer or deposit instructions by email. Work starts according to the agreed schedule after required payment verification and starting materials are received. Tell us promptly if payment instructions appear unusual or change unexpectedly.
Domain registrations, renewals, hosting, paid fonts, stock media, software licences, mailboxes or integrations may involve separate charges unless expressly included. Any recurring charges, term lengths and renewal prices must be confirmed before you commit. Payments for an existing accepted order are not retrospectively changed by a later website price update.
If an agreed payment is overdue, we may pause affected work after notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. We will discuss any effect on timing. No late fee or interest is created by these general terms; any such charge requires a separate lawful agreement.
Timelines, feedback and revisions
We agree an estimated timetable based on the scope, available materials and dependencies. Client delays, additional requirements, third-party issues or events outside reasonable control can change that timetable. We will communicate material delays and discuss revised dates.
The quotation should identify included revision rounds and the feedback process. Revisions refine the agreed direction; a new design direction or new functionality may be a scope change. Additional charges require agreement before the extra work begins.
Provide consolidated feedback where practical. A period of silence alone is not treated by these terms as approval of a design, acceptance of defects or permission to publish. If a project becomes inactive, we will contact you to discuss a pause, revised schedule or cancellation.
Testing, review and launch
We review the agreed pages and functionality using checks appropriate to the project, including relevant mobile layouts, links, forms where included and launch configuration. Testing covers the agreed supported environment rather than every possible browser, device or third-party combination.
Before launch, review the website's content, contact information, offers and required policies, and report any issue you identify. We coordinate publication and domain changes through the agreed approval process. Domain and DNS changes can take time to become visible across networks.
Report reproducible defects against the agreed scope promptly. Covered corrections and any post-launch support period are defined in your quotation or support agreement. New requirements and issues caused by later changes are assessed separately. Approval does not remove any rights that applicable law protects.
Ownership, licences and handover
You retain rights in materials you already own. You grant us the permissions needed to use the materials you supply to perform the agreed work. Third-party content, fonts, libraries, software and services remain subject to their owners' licences.
The project agreement must identify the ownership or usage rights you receive in custom deliverables, whether source files or repository access are included, and any payment condition for transfer or handover. These terms do not promise ownership of third-party technology or unrestricted access to a managed platform.
Reusable tools, templates and development methods are included only under the rights agreed for your project. We will explain material licence restrictions relevant to your intended use. Publication of your project in our portfolio requires your permission; confidential material will not be used for promotion without authorization.
Hosting, domains, renewals and email
Hosting resources, management tasks, service periods and renewal arrangements depend on your plan. We do not promise unlimited resources or uninterrupted availability unless a specific service commitment is separately agreed. Infrastructure providers also apply their own service and acceptable-use terms.
For a domain, confirm the registrant details, account control, registration period, renewal responsibilities and transfer arrangements before purchase. Availability is determined by the registrar at registration. Renewal prices may differ from introductory prices and must be confirmed for the renewal concerned.
Failure to complete an agreed renewal can cause interruption or loss of a domain or service. Expired domains may be subject to registrar recovery rules and charges. Transfer assistance, access handover and migration work should be scoped in writing; these terms do not authorize taking ownership of your independently owned domain.
Business email forwarding sends incoming messages to an existing inbox. It is not a full mailbox with storage, its own login and outgoing email unless that separate service is included. Delivery also depends on the destination provider, DNS configuration and spam controls.
Editing, support and backups
Self-editing is limited to the controls supplied with your website. Some layout changes, integrations and new features require development. We explain supported editing options and any guidance included in your solution.
Support hours, response targets, maintenance tasks, update responsibilities and coverage periods are those in the accepted agreement. A website project does not by itself include permanent maintenance, unlimited updates or around-the-clock assistance.
Confirm whether backups, frequency, retention and restoration are included in your hosting or maintenance plan. Do not assume all content and third-party accounts are automatically backed up. Keep copies of your original business materials. Restoration and migration requirements should be agreed for the service concerned.
Performance, accessibility and search visibility
We design with mobile usability, performance, accessibility and SEO fundamentals in mind. Specific deliverables or conformance targets must be agreed in the project scope. Results vary with content, devices, connections, hosting, third-party scripts and later changes.
No fixed Lighthouse or PageSpeed score, search ranking, traffic level, sales result or complete security is guaranteed through this website. A performance result shown at one time is a measurement of that test, not a permanent service guarantee. Formal accessibility certification or a specialist audit is included only if expressly agreed.
Acceptable use and third-party services
Do not use this website or our services for unlawful activity, phishing, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, intellectual-property infringement or misuse of personal information. Do not interfere with the website's operation or attempt to bypass its security.
Third-party websites, registrars, hosting platforms, payment providers and communication services operate under their own terms. We explain relevant dependencies within the project, but cannot control a provider's policies or every interruption or product change. A replacement integration may require a separately agreed scope.
We may refuse unlawful work. Where action is needed to address a credible security or legal issue, we may restrict affected services proportionately and explain the reason when lawful and practical. Where possible, we provide an opportunity to remedy an issue before suspension.
Cancellation, refunds and ending a service
Contact us in writing as soon as you want to cancel or pause a project. Cancellation arrangements should be confirmed before ordering, including the treatment of completed work, approved third-party purchases, unused payments and any ongoing services.
Unless a different lawful arrangement was expressly agreed, cancellation is assessed against work actually completed and reasonable third-party costs you authorized that cannot be recovered. We will explain the calculation, credit payments already received and return any resulting unused balance due. These terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or remove statutory cancellation or refund rights.
If we cannot continue an agreed project, we will discuss the status, appropriate handover of paid-for deliverables and any refund due for unprovided work. If a material breach occurs, we normally give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it unless immediate action is justified by law or security.
At the end of hosting or support, agree any export, transfer or migration before the service ends. Confirm access needs, any separately scoped assistance and retention or deletion arrangements. Ending a service does not remove payment obligations for properly completed work or rights protected by law.
Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website, enquiry and project information. If we process personal information on your behalf, the project may require specific instructions and a data-processing agreement. You remain responsible for the content and privacy decisions of your own business website.
Both parties should identify confidential project information and restrict disclosure to people who need it for the work, professional advice or legal requirements. Public information and information independently obtained lawfully are not confidential merely because they are mentioned during a project. Agree any additional confidentiality requirements before sharing restricted materials.
Responsibility and limits
We aim to perform the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Each party remains responsible for its own actions and obligations. If an issue occurs, contact us promptly with details so we can investigate, reduce avoidable harm and discuss an appropriate remedy.
Any project-specific limitation of liability must be expressly agreed and permitted by applicable law. These general terms do not introduce a fixed monetary liability cap, waive liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, or exclude any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A party affected by events outside reasonable control should notify the other party, take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and discuss revised arrangements. Such an event does not automatically entitle a party to retain payment for work that will not be supplied.
Questions, disputes and applicable law
Please raise any concern by email with your project reference and a clear description of the issue. We will review the records and try to resolve it through direct discussion. This process does not prevent either party from using a remedy available under applicable law.
Unless a project agreement lawfully specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any mandatory protections that apply to you remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or remove a mandatory right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
Updates and contact details
We may update these terms for future website use and future orders. The updated version and date will appear here. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted project's scope, price or other agreed terms without the agreement or legal basis required for that change.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful. A delay in raising a concern does not by itself waive a right. Contact Saar Developer using the details below to discuss these terms or request clarification before ordering.
