A domain that belongs to you
The two-year Business package includes one available standard, non-premium domain for the two-year package period. We confirm eligibility and availability before registration.

The domain is registered in the customer's name. Starter customers can connect an existing domain or request registration separately. Renewal charges apply after the included period.
Premium or reserved domains, transfers and other extensions are quoted separately. Registrar documentation and eligibility requirements may apply.

Do both packages include the same five pages?
Yes. Both begin with Home, About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Contact Us. We tailor the agreed content and page sections to your business. Additional pages can be quoted separately.
Can I use Starter with a domain I already own?
Yes, subject to compatibility and your ability to provide the required domain access. Starter does not include a new domain registration. We confirm connection requirements before the project starts.
Which domains are included with Business?
Business includes one available standard, non-premium .com, .pk or .com.pk domain for the two-year package period, subject to eligibility and registration confirmation. Premium or reserved domains, other extensions and transfers are separate.
Are the email addresses separate inboxes?
No. Starter offers up to five forwarding addresses and Business up to ten. They send incoming messages to an existing inbox. Independent mailbox storage, passwords and outgoing mail from the branded address are not included.
Can I edit my website after free design support ends?
Your agreed editing access is separate from the complimentary minor design support window. Available controls, access duration and the relationship to your active service are confirmed in the written scope. The editor illustration on this page is a concept.
Will I receive cPanel or server access?
No. These packages are managed website services. We explain the supported website editing access you receive; cPanel, source-code editing and server administration are not included.
Are online stores and advanced animations included?
Custom online stores, booking features, complex integrations and advanced 3D effects are assessed separately. The final proposal confirms the design, interactions and functionality included in your package.
When does the free support period start?
The minor design support window begins when the website launches: 30 days for Starter or 90 days for Business. Technical hosting assistance continues during the paid hosting term under your agreed service terms.
Can international customers use these package prices?
These specially priced packages are exclusive to eligible customers in Pakistan. International projects are welcome and receive a separate quotation based on pages, functionality and support requirements.
Can I order immediately at the displayed prices?
Please enquire first. The displayed prices are proposed launch prices. We confirm availability, scope, final pricing, domain arrangements, renewal charges and payment and cancellation terms before accepting an order.
